  1. How much will shipping cost?
    This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered. You can use our automatic shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs before you place your order. Just place whatever you are interested in purchasing into your shopping cart. The calculator will then appear on the cart. Just select your country (and state, if applicable) and click calculate. You will be shown various shipping options available to you.

  2. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! As Paypal is the only method of payment we currently accept for international orders, we can only ship to countries for which Paypal currently provides services. Those are:

  3. Why hasn't my international order shipped yet?
    Due to the nature of processing international orders, they take more time to get out. We try to ship international orders daily, but we don't always get that lucky. We will never go more than three business days from the day you place your order without getting your order shipped out.

  4. How long does domestic shipping take?
    This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within one business day. That does not mean that your order will necessarily arrive the day after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within one business day. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected.

  5. How long does international shipping take?
    This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses outside of the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within three business days. That does not mean that your order will arrive three days after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within three business days. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Global Express Mail normally takes no more than 7 business days. Global Priority Mail normally takes no more than 14 business days. Global Airmail Parcel Post normally takes no more than 21 business days.

  6. How can I find out my tracking information?
    You can just click on the "LOGIN" button at the top of this page. Log in to your account, and you should see a link to track your order right there. Keep in mind, if your order shipped via USPS, then you do not have a tracking number, but a delivery confirmation number. This information will only be updated at the time of delivery.

  7. If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first?
    If any portion of your order is out of stock, we will wait for the out of stock items to arrive before shipping any portion of your order.

  8. Where is my order?
    You can check the status of your order by logging into your account (click on the "LOGIN" link at the top of this page) and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be.

  9. Why don't you ship to my country?
    Since we only accept PayPal as a payment method for International orders on Jinx.com, we can only ship to the countries PayPal supports.
    For countires not listed here, please use one of our alternative methods below to purchase Jinx merchandise.
