Senior Production Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager that will manage production, inventory and ordering with our domestic and international manufacturing facilities. Experience operating at high volume is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Managing production of T-shirts with our screen printing partners.
  • Managing production of accessories and toys with various domestic and international manufacturers.
  • Managing inventory levels for high and low selling items, and making recommendations on course of action in all cases.
  • Making future stock projections using sales trends information to keep an acceptable level of inventory.
  • Recommending creative ways to liquidate stock based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience working with medium to large businesses managing ordering and inventory.
  • Expertise with Excel, or any other inventory planning software.
  • Proficiency with Windows and PC hardware.
  • Independent, attentive to detail, self-starting and self-motivated.
  • Good sense of humor and respect for other people.

Bonus attributes:

  • Immersion in the geek/gamer lifestyle.
  • Understanding of relational databases and experience working with SQL or other query languages.
