EPIC FAIL!!!

Hey guys. UAC can be disabled. I found out first day I got Vista, and I'm lovin it. Only problem I've had is Oblivion starts in window mode no matter what settings I change. But it ended up helping my computer because my GPU is less hot when in windowed mode... for some reason. So yeah GO VISTA! ahem. *walks away*

My deal with Vista is that there isn't one single innovative thing in it that HASN'T already been done on OSX which negates the term. I get Windows for productivity and function. They tried to make it pretty. I want a toolbox, hold the flowers and fluff. I admit Vista is beaten on more than it should be, but come on Microsoft! WTF were you thinking, ripping of Mac and adding more errors? And yes. I used Vista for 6 months at work programming as the new guy.

I seriously enjoy this. Because you can TELL who has Vista, because they know that it's pretty rad. And those who don't have it and live in the hivemind are all "WUTLOL VITSA SUX!!!1!"

I use vista. And I am constantly fighting with it, and getting calls about vista eating someones computer. Vista sucks, enjoy your fail.

I've used Vista; but even if I didn't I could still say it blows... Reason is simple, I get calls from tons of customers and clients, with "errors" upon "errors" from Vista errors. I get companies that deal with computers on a daily basis saying "My Vista machine is supplying this error? How do I fix it..." Thus... I say this, Vista Sucks! Granted it supplies me a lot of work and business, but still it sucks.

I got Vista Ultimate 2 days after the launch. There were the usual OS upgrade issues, missing drivers, reorganizing/renaming of features and programs and what not, the only real issue I've had with Vista may not be so much an issue with Vista, but my Audigy 4 Pro and its software doesn't work like it did on XP and Creative won't bother with an update. Other than that I love it.

Epic fail = fun times. LOL at "poseur," too. Lololololame.

I've asked plenty of people what's wrong with vista and they never give me a real answer. Before I began using it I for some reason thought it sucked also but it has been five months now and I haven't found any problems.

I also have an issue with that stupid "YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO DO THIS" dialogue that constantly pops up. It's like, I'M ALREADY THE FREAKING ADMIN AND THERE ARE NO OTHER USERS ON THIS FREAKING COMPUTER, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT. You can't even disable the whole users thing. Also, can't say I really care about all the new graphical features, I have mine set to the traditional classic Windows theme.

The main issue for me with it is all the annoying compatibility issues it has with a lot of programs and a couple of the older games. Sure, this might be solved by lots of patches and what not... but to this day I still don't have sound for KOTOR2 (which btw, kinda sucks). I've installed countless new drivers and tried many different suggested fixes, but I eventually gave up and just had the sound track for one of the movies running in the background. That actually worked quite well.

While not untrue, that's hardly a Vista fail, that's a KOTOR2 fail. Part of the reason Vista gets a bad rap is people blame it for unrelated problem. OMFG I GOTZ HOUSE BRAND HARDWAREZ FROM PRICEWATCH 6 YEARS AGO AND VISTA WON'T RUN MY ORIGINAL COPY OF DOOM! WTFBBQ!!!1!
