Good ol' Jack... If you don't know him, he's an attorney and activist determined to squelch violent video games. He has been quoted saying, "[Video Games are] dangerous physical appliances that teach a kid how to kill efficiently and to love it." Sounds like someone was pwned too much when gaming as a kid.
