I buy 10 to 20 games a year easy. I am now buying for PSP, GBA/DS/DSi, PS2, and still the occasional Palm game. I just bought Dragonbane II, for the Tapwave Zodiac2 last evening. I am still playing games that I bought more than a year ago, and 1/2 of my games are still sealed. I just cant play fast enough to keep up with the new ones getting released. I will never run out of games to play, and will play some more than 1 time.

Only 3-5? Wow, I expected much more.

somehow, i haven't bought very many games this year. i just bought fallout 3 game of the year edition even though i already had the original game just so i could get all the dlc. i'm not sure that even counts as buying a game if i already owned the base game...

I could say I buy tons, however since I started playing WoW... well you know. My console gaming has dwindled dramatically. I still buy a game every other month when I see a game worth buying. But I would at least say that I buy 6 maybe 7 games a year. That is again depending on the type of game and interest lvl of the games that are being released.

i know exactly what you mean. my poor consoles are collecting dust.

It depends on what titles come out - I'm more apt to buy Evil Dead and Harry Potter games than just plunk down cash for anything.
