This 100% guarantee is for customers reordering. It is valid upon place a new order of 24 or more t-shirts and can be done provided the merchandise you’re exchanging is unopened.
How it works:
- You decide you’d like to swap out a particular product.
- You package it up and send it back to J!NX, referencing your original order number.
- We credit your account for the merchandise you’ve sent back and notify you of the credit.
- You then use the credit to place a new order of 24+ t-shirts or hoodies.
Terms:
- The buyer covers shipping costs.
- Merchandise being returned must be unopened.
