Costumes at the Fortress
The day has come and the J!NX evil, underground lair has moved to an evil, ABOVE-ground lair. We are still waiting for the parapets and burning oil dispensers to be installed (contractors FTW), but the J!NX fortress is officially functional! Once we get all the bells and whistles hooked up, I'm going to post some pictures of the features below.
Highlights include a blacked out game room complete with all the current game systems and dueling 52" TVs, a secret door from Jinx's office into the aforementioned game room, and a Grand Hall that sports a sparkling new Kettler Ping Pong table (we likes us some Pong). No longer do we have three people crammed into a lobby and working on foldout tables. We even have Full Armor Fridays, where the J!NX Crew must come to work with an AC of more than 16 (or below 5 if your still playing 2nd Ed) to get in.
As you read this, hopefully you are knee-deep in chocolate, and still have at least 3 teeth left to eat it with. We hosted some Halloween festivities here at the J!NX fortress and I've posted some pics of the costumes that the Crew adorned themselves in. The winner of this year's contest was Oracle, a master tailor who crafted her Mad Hatter costume from scratch. We'd love to see what you masqueraded as this year, so please link us to your All Hallows' Eve photos!
Our Friday Lunch Think Tank also took some extremely important polls that deserve to be mentioned:
Red Vines or Twizzlers?
Red Vines: 57%
If you were on a deserted island and you could only choose one candy, which would it be?
Answers included Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Skittles, Gummy bears and worms, Almond Kisses, Old Skool Spree (hard version), Cracker Jacks (is that candy?), Mike and Ikes, Jelly Bellys, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Jolly Ranchers, Kit Kat Big Kat, and of course Peanut M&M's.
