Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. We currently ship all orders from the United States to almost every country in the world.
How long does domestic shipping take?
This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within two business days. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Please note that for some areas of Alaska, deliveries with One-Day or Two-Day shipping may require an additional day for delivery. UPS One-Day or Two-Day shipping is business days only (ex. an order placed on Friday with One-Day shipping will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.) NOTE: The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at the point of checkout, but are generally as follows:
- Economy Standard: 2 to 3 weeks. DDU. This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured.
- Expedited International: DDP. 6 to 9 days and has full tracking.
PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is not returned to JINX, we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned, it is treated like a regular return and your original shipping fee's are not refunded
Delivery dates are estimates only. Orders can be delayed by customs. J!NX is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by customs.
Please notify J!NX if it has been over 30 days and you have not received your merchandise. Lost packages must be brought to our attention within 120 days.
How can I find out my tracking information?
If you have a J!NX account you can just click on the Account Skully button on the left side of this page. Log in to your account, and you should see a link to track your order in the 'Shipped Orders' section of your 'My Account' page. If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first?
If any portion of your order is out of stock, we will wait for the out of stock items to arrive before shipping any portion of your order.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account (click on the ACCOUNT skully to the left of this page) and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be.
If you checked out as a guest you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you do not have that email please call customer service with your order ID number and we will be happy to resend the link.
If you are an international customer please let us know if you have not received your package after 30 days.
Lost package claims must be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.
If you chose one of our UPS options please note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.
Why don't you ship to my country?
If you do not see your country in the drop-down list on our address form, please contact us via our help request form and we may be able to get it added.
How much will shipping cost?
This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered. To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order. **International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. J!NX is not responsible for any customs,duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.
I think my package is lost.
In the domestic United States if you selected:
Economy- This method can take up to 10 business days (Mon-Fri)if it has been over 10 Business days please contact us.
Standard - If it has been over 7 business days please contact us.
For Economy and Standard - If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check your address on your confirmation email. If the address is correct you may want to contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they have any information.
UPS Two Day- Two day shipping is two business days. (weekends don't count) If it has been two full business days please contact us. If it was marked as delivered and you do not have it, we will need to call UPS and start a claim, which can take up to 7 days, however, we maybe able to reship a new order while the investigation takes place. Refunds will not be issued until UPS completes the investigation.
UPS One day- One day shipping is one business day. (weekends don't count) If it has been one full business day please contact us. If it was marked as delivered and you do not have it, we will need to call UPS and start a claim, which can take up to 7 days, however, we maybe able to reship a new order while the investigation takes place. Refunds will not be issued until UPS completes the investigation. Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.
International customers, if you selected:
Standard - This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured. If it has been over 30 days since the order shipped you may want to try contacting your local post office to see if they are holding the package for taxes. If they are not able to locate the order please contact us.
Expedited - This method usually arrives within 6 to 10 days however, it can get delayed by customs. If it has been 10 days you may want to try contacting your local post office with your tracking number. If they are not able to locate the order please contact us.
NOTE: All claims for lost packages MUST be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.
I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order.
If the order has shipped then we will not be able to reroute the package. You can try contacting your local post office and they may be able to route the package to you when it arrives in their office.
If the order has not been processed: If you checked out as a guest you can submit a change order request from your confirmation email or call us. If you checked out with a J!NX account, simply log in and go to your order history to make a change.
I live in San Diego, can I come by and pick my order up from you directly?
Nope. Sorry. We work in a big warehouse with no store front. We have forklifts and big trucks constantly moving in an out of our facility and it we don't want to risk our customers getting injured.
