I am having a problem with the free shipping offer.
*To receive the free shipping offer, you must purchase at least 80 USD of product to get domestic (in the USA) shipping. The free shipping option will be reflected during the shipping method selection portion of the checkout process after you enter in your shipping address.
*This offer is only for economy shipping. Additional rates apply for expedited shipping options.
PROBLEMS CAN OCCUR:
1-If you are in the USA and shipping to a PO Box, you will not see the economy option.
2-If your order is over 5 lbs in weight, you will not see the free shipping.
If either of those issues arise you can place the order and email email@example.com and we can manually refund the cost of economy shipping.
I have a promotional code. How do I use it?
After you have placed your desired item(s) in your shopping cart, enter the code in the field marked 'JINX.com Promotional Code' and proceed through the rest of the checkout process. There will be a similar field on the final page of checkout, as well. Only one code valid per order, can not be used in combination with other codes or discounts. Promotional codes can only be used once per account. If the code is not working, check to make sure it has been typed in correctly. Also check the expiration date for the code.
Why am I not getting a discount on some items when I use this promo code you guys gave me?
Due to the nature of our licensing agreements, discounts cannot be applied to the following items:
- Products J!NX does not manufacture
- Wrapping Paper and Gift Boxes, or promotional or pre-sale items.
