  • I am having a problem with the free shipping offer.
    *To receive the free shipping offer, you must purchase at least 80 USD of product to get domestic (in the USA) shipping. The free shipping option will be reflected during the shipping method selection portion of the checkout process after you enter in your shipping address. You must purchase over 100 USD to get free economy international. This is based on current conversion rates.

    *This offer is only for economy shipping. Additional rates apply for expedited shipping options.

    PROBLEMS CAN OCCUR:

    1-If you are in the USA and shipping to a PO Box, you will not see the economy option.

    2-If your order is over 5 lbs in weight, you will not see the free shipping.

    If either of those issues arise you can place the order and email support@jinx.com and we can manually refund the cost of economy shipping.

  • Mam kod promocyjny. Jak moge z niego skorzystac?
    Po umieszczeniu zadanych przedmiotów w koszyku wprowadz kod w polu „Kod promocyjny J!NX.com”. po czym dokoncz proces skladania zamówienia. Na ostatniej stronie procesu skladania zamówienia bedzie widoczne podobne pole. Przy kazdym zamówieniu nalezy wprowadzic wylacznie jeden kod; nie mozna laczyc kodów promocyjnych ani rabatów. Kody promocyjne mozna wykorzystac wylacznie jeden raz na kazde konto uzytkownika. Jesli kod nie dziala, nalezy sprawdzic, czy zostal on poprawnie wpisany. Warto sprawdzic tez date waznosci kodu.
  • Po wprowadzeniu kodu promocyjnego nie naliczyliscie upustu przy niektórych przedmiotach – dlaczego?
