We are dedicated to making sure you get what you want, and we will do as much as we can to make sure you are happy (within reason, don't get any ideas).Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Clothing refunds must be done within 120 days of your purchase (based on our ship date).
Items listed in their description as “final sale” cannot be returned.
If we messed up and sent you the wrong items, or if the products are damaged in any way: Please call us toll-free at 888.546.9266. Please have your invoice (packing slip) ready when you call.
If you change your mind or you ordered the wrong size: Simply return the products in "as new" condition, unwashed and unworn, for a full refund or exchange. Please note that in this case, we cannot refund shipping.
Toys, Games, Collectibles, and all other non-clothing products
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way. If the item you received is defective, please call us toll-free at 888.546.9266 to arrange a replacement or reimbursement.
We do not accept returns of:
- Any product(s) returned more than 60 days from the date on the packing slip
- Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any product(s) not in its original condition
- Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
- Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

If an item was not purchased directly through our website, you MUST have an RMA number to make an exchange. Any packages received at J!NX that do not have an RMA number on the outside of the package will be marked "return to sender".

Someone gave me J!NX clothing as a gift and I want to exchange it for a different size.

I bought an item from a store and they won’t replace it even though it is defective.
Please call customer service 1-888-546-9266. J!NX does not manufacture all of the items available for purchase on our website. Items not manufactured by J!NX cannot be replaced by J!NX.
I sent a gift exchange to you a long time ago but have not heard anything.
Please call customer service with your tracking number. J!NX is not responsible for items lost in transit.
