FAQ - International Shipping

Will COVID-19 affect my shipment?

Yes. Our staff continues to ship orders daily; however, affects of COVID-19 have caused extreme shipping delays worldwide. Please be aware that your package may not arrive when expected.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes. We currently ship all orders from the United States to almost every country in the world.

How long does international shipping take?

COVID-19 UPDATE: We cannot estimate when packages will arrive. Every country has different procedures in place for COVID-19 which makes any estimates difficult. We have seen shipments being delayed up to 4 to 9 weeks!

Economy Standard: 2 to 3 weeks. This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured.
 
NOTE: If you refuse the parcel or it goes unclaimed and the package is not returned to JINX, we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned, it is treated like a regular return.

Delivery dates are estimates only. There are no guaranteed delivery dates. Orders can be delayed by customs, weather and other issues. J!NX is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by events outside our control.

Please notify J!NX if it has been over 30 days and you have not received your merchandise. Lost packages must be brought to our attention within 120 days.

How much will shipping cost?

This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered.

Just place whatever you are interested in purchasing into your shopping cart and hit checkout (don't worry, if you don't want to finish checking out you won't need to). Enter your address and the shipping options will appear.

International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. J!NX is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products. We do collect VAT for countries in the EU, but any additional duties or fees are the customers responsibility.

Shipping is taking too long. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel nor refund an order in transit. Upon arrival, we can work with you to get a return processed. Please contact us once you receive the package.

Orders from other companies have arrived before yours. Why is your package late?

COVID-19 UPDATE: There are many different shipping companies used across the globe. Some have their own transportation fleets which allow them to be less impacted. Our shipper piggybacks on commercial flights. Unfortunately, those flights have been reduced by 97% – which is why our shipments are severely impacted.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

When you checkout, if you see taxes being charged, it will cover VAT/ Taxes only. Any additional duties or fees will be your responsibility.
 
If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.  

On the international customs form, can you mark my order as a gift?

No. By law, we must mark all shipments as a Commercial Sample and declare the actual value of the items. Doing otherwise is a violation of international regulations and can result in heavy fines for us. That in turn would lead to higher prices for you. That makes no one happy.

Why don't you ship to my country?

If you do not see your country in the drop-down list on our address form, please contact us via our help request form and we may be able to get it added.
