Holiday Shipping Schedule

For orders shipping outside of the United States, please be advised that COVID is still causing delays. If you'd like your order before December 25th, we highly recommend placing your order before December 6th.

For orders shipping inside the United States, we highly recommend placing your orders by December 12th.

Will COVID-19 affect my shipment?

Yes. Our staff continues to ship orders daily; however, affects of COVID-19 have caused extreme shipping delays worldwide. Please be aware that your package may not arrive when expected.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes. We currently ship all orders from the United States to almost every country in the world.

How long does domestic shipping take?

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the current limitations of shipping services, we cannot guarantee normal delivery times. Please be aware that your package may not arrive when expected.

For orders shipping to addresses within the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship within two business days.

Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.

How long does international shipping take?

COVID-19 UPDATE: We cannot estimate when packages will arrive. Every country has different procedures in place for COVID-19 which makes any estimates difficult. We have seen shipments being delayed up to 4 to 9 weeks!

Economy Standard: 2 to 3 weeks. This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured.
 
NOTE: If you refuse the parcel or it goes unclaimed and the package is not returned to JINX, we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned, it is treated like a regular return.

Delivery dates are estimates only. There are no guaranteed delivery dates. Orders can be delayed by customs, weather and other issues. J!NX is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by events outside our control.

Please notify J!NX if it has been over 30 days and you have not received your merchandise. Lost packages must be brought to our attention within 120 days.

How can I find out my tracking information?

You should have received a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to track your package.

If you have a J!NX account, then you can also log in to your account, and click on the order you want to track. The tracking information is on the top of the page.

If I place an order for an out of stock item, will I get the rest of my order shipped to me first?

If you ordered multiple items and any of the items are out of stock, then we will notify you before we ship the order. If you ordered one item and that item is out of stock, then we will cancel that order.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be.

If you checked out as a guest, the you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you do not have that email, then call customer service with your order ID number and we will be happy to resend the link.

If you are an international customer, then please let us know if you have not received your package after 30 days. Lost package claims must be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.

Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.

Shipping is taking too long. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel nor refund an order in transit. Upon arrival, we can work with you to get a return processed. Please contact us once you receive the package.

Orders from other companies have arrived before yours. Why is your package late?

COVID-19 UPDATE: There are many different shipping companies used across the globe. Some have their own transportation fleets which allow them to be less impacted. Our shipper piggybacks on commercial flights. Unfortunately, those flights have been reduced by 97% – which is why our shipments are severely impacted.

How much will shipping cost?

This varies depending on where you are, how much you order is, and how fast you want it delivered.

To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order.

International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. J!NX is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.

I think my package is lost. What do I do now?

Standard Domestic
This method can take up to 7 business days (Monday - Friday, weekends don't count). If it has been over 7 business days, then please contact us.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, then check your address on your confirmation email. If the address is correct, then you may want to contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they have any information.
 
Economy International
This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured. If it has been over 30 days since the order shipped, then contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package for taxes. If they are not able to locate the order, then please contact us.
 
NOTE: All claims for lost packages MUST be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.

I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. Can I change it?

If you'd like to make a change to your order, then we'll do everything we can to make that happen. We recommend calling us as soon as possible within our business hours. Do not send an email; our warehouse works quickly to process orders, and we may not see your message in time.

If an order has been packed or shipped, then we will not be able to modify your order and we will not be able to reroute the package. You can contact your local post office and they may be able to route the package to you when it arrives in their office.

I live near you. Can I come by and pick my order up from you directly?

Nope. Sorry. We work in a big warehouse with no store front. We have forklifts and big trucks constantly moving in an out of our facility and we don't want to risk our customers getting injured.

Why don't you ship to my country?

If you do not see your country in the drop-down list on our address form, please contact us via our help request form and we may be able to get it added.
