Will COVID-19 affect my shipment?

Yes. The affects of COVID-19 has caused extreme delays in shipments worldwide.

When will my package arrive?

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate when packages will arrive. Every country has different procedures in place for COVID-19. This makes any estimates difficult. We have seen deliveries taking an additional 4 to 9 weeks.

Orders from other companies have arrived before yours. Why is your package late?

There are many different shipping companies used across the globe. Some have their own transportation fleets which allow them to be less impacted. Our shipper piggybacks on commercial flights. Unfortunately, those flights have been reduced by 97% – which is why our shipments are severely impacted.

Shipping is taking too long. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel and refund an order in transit.
